Charisma Carpenter

 

 Charisma Carpenter, who was born July 23rd 1970 She is an American actress. She was Cordelia Chase in the supernatural drama series Buffy the Vampire Slayer (1997-1999) as well as the spin-off series Angel (1999–2004). She also appeared on Charmed (2004), Kendall Casablancas (2005-2006), Rebecca Sewell (2012-2013) and Lacy (2010-2012 strong>

 



 

  Carpenter was born in Las Vegas (Nevada) as the daughter Christine Carpenter, an employee at a bird sanctuary, and Don Carpenter, an entrepreneur. Carpenter is from Spanish, French, and German origin (from her maternal grandfather). Carpenter was an undergraduate at Bishop Gorman High School in Las Vegas. [6] She also performed in the group of dancers and song-makers that performed throughout the Las Vegas Valley when Carpenter was just nine years old.

 



 

  Carpenter Carpenter, who was 15 at the time, was 15 when she moved with her family with her family to Rosarito Beach in Baja California, Mexico [2] and then to San Diego, California. She went to Bonita Vista High School and Chula Vista School of the Creative and Performing Arts. Carpenter has traveled throughout Europe after graduating. Carpenter returned to San Diego and worked in the video store as an aerobics instructor and property management. She played cheerleader with San Diego Chargers football in 1991. In 1992, she moved to Los Angeles.

 



 

  Henry Hubbard Jr., an ex-police officer from San Diego and serial rapist who attacked her and two male friends as she was in the water in San Diego in the year 1991. He tried to subdue them by using gun. Both of her friends and Hubbard were both shot during the struggle. Hubbard fled the scene and her two friends survived. Hubbard was taken into custody, convicted, sentenced to 56 years in prison for a series of rapes. Carpenter carried Hubbard's police-issued flashlight to the beach, which he'd left at the scene and the flashlight was the most important evidence used against him

 



 

  Carpenter was named No. Carpenter was No. 31 on AskMen’s Top 99 desirable women 2002[30[30. 44 on their 2005 list. Carpenter stated that she does not think of herself as the most sexy of icons despite this. Carpenter was included on the cover of the magazine and in a tenpage nude pictorial in the June 2004 issue. When she was approached by People magazine in 2005 whether she would ever do Playboy once more, she answered, "I don't know. Playboy was something I took on to serve a particular purpose. Playboy was not just an excellent financial choice, but also a great option for my life circumstances. My son was just born and I had gained 50 pounds since my the course of my pregnancy. I wanted to feel like my former self. I wanted to be attractive and sexy. I thought, "What if I went completely sexy?"
